Once I have received your payment for a session or package of sessions, I’ll be in touch to schedule our appointments.

You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the set session time for no additional fee. Of course, life happens, and sometimes it’s necessary to cancel last minute! In those cases, though, I will invoice for a new session before we rebook.

Editing

My payment policy is to invoice for 50% of the agreed project quote up front. Once I’ve received payment, I’ll begin editing the project. After I return the project, I’ll wait a week for your feedback.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, and so I’m open to making corrections or resolving any issues that arise for up to 2 hours of work (beyond that, I can continue editing for an additional fee).

In the absence of any issues, I will invoice for the remaining 50% one week after I have returned the project. In cases where additional work is needed, I will invoice for the remaining 50% as soon as we agree the contract is completed.
